We were delighted to work on our clients Awards dinner – bringing together the top 100 people within their business.
This event was created to celebrate employees dedication, hard work and success throughout the year – bringing together the top three nominees per category as well as all the executive team to celebrate and appreciate those individuals. We hosted this awards dinner at The Chesterton Hotel, Bicester – as well having all their onsite bedrooms for the VIP guests accommodation with offsite nearby accommodation for all other guests attending – we arranged shuttles to and from the awards dinner.
This was our clients first event which we could use their new branding - so we used their new logo for the stage backdrop to celebrate and mark the launch which took place only the week before! Working with our incredible AV company who supported us with all tech requirements, backdrop production with the LED lights to create the most amazing set to frame the evening and all onsite event support. We created table décor which was focused around the clients new branding of purple – using purple table runners, gold frame, table names personal to the client as well as menu cards and name cards.
This event was a pleasure to work on and be a part of such a wonderful evening – filled with new branding, inspiring people, and excitement from start to finish.
