From overnight stay to day time and night time entry, Pandora Staff were on hand in the pre booking stage to the sign in on the day stage looking after all the guests.

We were proud to deliver a bold and impactful leadership event at the ICC Birmingham, bringing together leaders from across the organisation under the empowering theme, OWN IT.

 

Designed around a striking black and white aesthetic, the event identity was woven through every detail — creating a confident, cohesive atmosphere from arrival through to the final moments of the experience. ​

In the lead-up to the event, our team managed full venue liaison, coordinated bespoke wristbands, supported menu tastings, and developed the creative direction to ensure the theme translated seamlessly on-site. With just 24 hours to transform the space, our team delivered a full-scale build, turning a blank canvas into a dynamic environment. From impactful theming and curated photo opportunities to a complete AV setup, every element was carefully considered. Guests were welcomed with personalised goody boxes and thoughtful table gifts, elevating the overall experience.

The live event day began with guest arrivals and welcome drinks, setting the tone for a day of connection and inspiration. Our team managed check-in, ran a dedicated queries desk, and oversaw all event logistics to ensure a smooth and engaging experience throughout. As the daytime conference came to a close, we executed a fast-paced two-hour turnaround, completely reimagining the space for an evening of celebration. Guests enjoyed a three-course dinner before the energy shifted for the evening party, featuring entertainment from DJ JEA and the Globe Girls, creating a vibrant and memorable close to the day.

 

Following the evening celebrations, our team returned for an early start to reset the space for a second half-day event. Tables were carefully styled and prepped with products for hands-on experiences, including facials, new product launches, and interactive brand moments — ensuring the momentum of the event carried seamlessly into day two.

 

From concept to execution, this event showcased our ability to deliver high-impact experiences, manage complex schedules, and bring a strong creative vision to life.
