Tropic Fest 2026 was our most ambitious festival production to date. Over the course of just 3.5 days, our team transformed an empty field at Weston Park into a fully immersive festival experience for 4,000 guests. From the very first delivery vehicle arriving on site to the final guest departure, every element was planned, managed and delivered by our team in collaboration with an incredible network of trusted suppliers. Together, we created a vibrant festival complete with stages, onsite accommodation, stretch tents and marquees, bars, market stalls, food vendors, immersive photo opportunities and beautifully designed guest spaces that brought the entire event to life.
The festival officially began with an exclusive VIP evening welcoming over 600 guests to our spectacular Gilded Safari experience. Inspired by the elegance and beauty of the African landscape, the evening immersed guests in a world of luxury, entertainment and unforgettable experiences. Guests enjoyed an authentic African BBQ while a breathtaking choir performed iconic songs from The Lion King. Throughout the evening, African, Latin and samba dancers filled the venue with energy, accompanied by roaming performers, stilt walkers and interactive entertainers who created magical moments around every corner. The night concluded with an incredible performance from a live 10-piece band, setting the tone for an unforgettable festival weekend.
Friday welcomed the remaining festival guests for an ICONIC themed evening, where attendees embraced the opportunity to dress as their favourite music, film or cultural icons. Entertainment was at the heart of the evening, with outstanding tribute performances from Absolute Amy and Rob Lamberti & Band, celebrating the music of Amy Winehouse and George Michael. Guests then joined the UK’s biggest mass karaoke experience with Massaoke, before dancing late into the night with an electrifying DJ set from Gok Wan.
Tropic Fest was designed to be so much more than live music. Throughout the weekend, guests had access to a huge variety of activities, wellness experiences and interactive entertainment designed to create lasting memories. The dedicated wellness area featured yoga sessions, guided breathwork classes, wild water swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, wood-fired saunas, cold plunge experiences and hot tubs, allowing guests to relax and recharge throughout the day. Elsewhere across the site, guests could enjoy karaoke sessions, Boogie Bounce fitness classes, sound baths, astrology talks with Mel the Astrologer, mediumship experiences and countless other activities. For those seeking something a little more adventurous, the festival also featured a branded Ferris wheel and the thrilling Venom ride, ensuring there was something for every guest, whatever their interests.

Saturday delivered the headline festival experience, packed with entertainment from start to finish.The day began with inspiring workshops led by Diversity, before the energy continued to build with performances from Nathan Dawe, Zoe Birkett and an unforgettable live performance from Diversity themselves. As the sun set, guests experienced the breathtaking Ministry of Sound Classical Orchestra, combining iconic dance anthems with a spectacular live orchestral performance in one of the weekend’s most memorable moments. The evening reached its grand finale with a perfectly choreographed fireworks display that lit up the Staffordshire skyline before guests danced into the early hours at the Silent Disco, featuring sets from Scott Judge and Matt May.
