We worked with the VOX, Birmingham utilising their incredible exclusive venue space for this event. Allowing us to create a foyer space used for registration, lanyard collection and all the delicious refreshments, snacks and catering throughout the day. We utilised the two boardroom set ups to have activation stations and interactive set ups which were easily accessible for guests but created a quieter space. The main VOX space we used the internal separating doors to create two spaces – the larger space housed the main conference with 800 seats in a theatre style layout and the other creating the perfect breakout space for 230 cabaret layout.

Creating a plan with our client and the VOX team to streamline the flow of guests arrival, refreshment breaks, breakout sessions between the spaces and rotating groups. Over time working with our client we have discovered guests don’t like to be sat in one space all day so having a separate space for catering and incorporating breakouts is key for guest experience and enjoyment. As well supporting in venue sourcing, liaison, and onsite event management – we produced banners, branded lollies, lanyards, branded cupcakes, branded event tshirts, branded bunting and so much more!

This was a pleasure to be a part of and watching this event grow over the last few years visiting new venues, larger numbers, becoming a two day conference and supporting our client on more pre, during and post event to make sure they get the most from the event!
