THREE DAY PASS Front Runner and Headliner – arrive Thursday 9th July 2026 from 3:00pm
TWO DAY PASS Achiever, Wild Spirit, and Free – arrive Friday 10th July 2026 from 3:00pm
Booking Info:
To secure your tent the lead booker will need to confirm the tent with a £50.00 none refundable deposit. The remaining cost will be split into two payments which will need to be paid by 31st of Jan and 31st of March. A payment link for each payment will be sent 2 weeks prior to the payment date to the lead booker. It is not possible to send multiple payment links, once paid these are non refundable.
If the payment deadline is missed, the tent is released and deposit will not be refunded.
A full VAT receipt will be sent once final payment has been made.
Your tent includes:
Single duvet 10.5 tog with duvet cover per person
One pillow with pillowcase per person
Fitted sheet along with memory foam mattress per person
Camp bed per person
Solar lights outside and a bulb light
Colourful rugs on the floor, Two cloth lanterns, one tray tables, with a plant and hurricane light with two cushions
Tent options:
Festival Look for 8 pax - 6M = £520 + VAT (£624 inc vat) £78 pp
Festival Look for 6 pax - 5M = £470 + VAT £564 inc vat) £94 pp
Festival Look for 3 pax - 4M = £340 + VAT £403 inc vat) £136 pp
Lead up to event:
Tents will be allocated in diamond downline, you will receive confirmation of your tent location closer to the event.
Upon arrival:
When arriving at Tropic Fest you will need to head to the tent check in desk – your will be given a map and details of where your tent is located will be provided. This booking will be under the main booking name which will be from purchase of original deposit.
If you require additional duvet, pillows or foam mattresses these can by hired at the check in desk.
