Can I get a refund on my booking?

Once payment is taken whether it is a deposit, part payment or full payment this cannot be refunded under any conditions.

Is there electricity supplied to my space?

Accepted Answer

Only those who purchase a campervan space with electrics are supplied with power. Those who have not selected electric hook-up will be in a different location.

Anyone who has purchased 'Festival look tents' and 'pitch up spaces'. These spaces do not come with electricity however charging stations and electronic appliance stations are within the camping area.

Can I park my car near my tent?

No, there is a dedicated area for your car. There will be no access within the festival to drive your car.

Can I come in a campervan/motorhome?

Accepted Answer

Yes, campervans are allowed at Tropic Fest, and they’ll be grouped together in their own
area, separate to the tents. You’ll need to book your space on the initial page. Your space will then be allocated leading up to the tent.

Can I hire a campervan via Tropic?

No, we will not be offering campervans to hire, but here is a link to a great website where

If I bring my own tent, can I pitch it next to a friend who is hiring a tent?

Accepted Answer

No, hired tents will be grouped together and you cannot pitch your own tent next to a friend’s
hired tent.

Will there be bathroom facilities at Tropic Fest?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be showers and toilets on the campsite.

Will any trolleys be available to move my tent from the car to the camping area?

Accepted Answer

There will be some support vehicles available, but bringing you own trolley is recommended.

No, there will be no WiFi onsite.

Will the Festival have any electric sockets or charging points?

Accepted Answer

There will be charging points available for £2 (cash only), and you’ll need to bring your own
plug & cable.
We recommend bringing battery packs.

How will the festival be lit?

Accepted Answer

The festival will have festoon lighting showing the way to the camping area, but we suggest
having a torch in your tent too.

Can I pay in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you will be able to pay in instalments for Bell Tents. Campervan spaces will need to be paid in full.

Can my campervan be dropped off for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, vehicles can be dropped off from Thursday 10am. However please let us know so team can be on hand.

Can me and my friends be allocated next to each other?

Accepted Answer

If you’d like to be located next to friends, please book multiple tent pitches or campervan spaces together in one booking.

The quantity refers to the number of tents or campervans you’re reserving, not the number of people staying in them.

You’ll have the opportunity to let us know how many people will be in each tent during checkout (for Festival Tents).

Please not you can only be allocated next to your friends if staying in the same area, pitch ups, festival look tents and campervan spaces are all allocated in different areas.
