Here’s everything you need to know to book your campervan space and get festival-ready…
Pass Type - Arrival Day & Time:
Front Runner and Headliner (Three-Day Pass) Arrive Thursday 9th July 2026 from 2pm
Achiever, Wild Spirit & Free Ride (Two-Day Pass) Arrive Friday 10th July 2026 from 2pm
Booking Information
To secure your campervan space, the lead booker must confirm their booking.
Please note that all campervan bookings are non-refundable.
The deadline to secure your space is 31st March.
A full VAT receipt will be issued once final payment has been received.
Your Campervan Space - With Electric Hook-up
Size: 8m x 10m
Cost: £50.00
Each space includes an electric hook-up, but no direct water supply to your campervan.
Water access will, however, be available within the campervan field.
Your Campervan Space - Non-Electric Hook-up
Size: 8m x 10m
Cost: Free
Non-electric hook up will be in a separate location to those with electric, there is also no direct water supply to your campervan.
Water access will, however, be available within the campervan field.
Before the Event
Campervan spaces will be allocated in diamond downline order within electric and non-electric locations, and you’ll receive confirmation of your exact location closer to the event.
If you’re booking multiple spaces, we’ll ensure they’re allocated next to each other — just make sure to book them together in one booking to guarantee this.

Can my campervan be dropped off for me?
Yes, vehicles can be dropped off from Thursday 10am. Please let us know so the Pandora team can be on hand to direct.
Can my campervan be next to my friends camper van?
To secure your space next to your friends please book your tickets within one booking. Make sure to increase the quantity of spaces needed. Please not we have two locations so any non-electric spaces will not be allocated next to electric spaces.
Does the pitch come with electricity?
If you require electric hook-up you can purchase 'campervan space with electrics'
Can I get a refund on my booking?
Campervan spaces are not refundable under any circumstances.
Can I hire a campervan through Tropic?
No, you cannot hire a campervan through Tropic but here are two recommendations of great campervan/RV companies. https://www.camplify.co.uk/ and https://empirerv.co.uk/ .
