Here’s everything you need to know to book your bell tent and get festival-ready…

Pass Type - Arrival Day & Time:

Front Runner and Headliner (Three-Day Pass) Arrive Thursday 9^th July 2026 from 2pm

Achiever, Wild Spirit & Free Ride (Two-Day Pass) Arrive Friday 10^th July 2026 from 2pm

How to Book Your Tent:

• To reserve your tent, the lead booker simply places a £50 non-refundable deposit.

• The remaining balance will be split into two instalments, due on:

  - 20th February 2026

  - 20th April 2026

• We’ll send over a payment link 2 weeks before each due date. 

(Please note: we’re only able to send one payment link per booking, and payments are non-refundable once made.)

If a payment deadline is missed, your tent will be released and the deposit won’t be returned, so be sure to pop those dates in your diary!

Once your tent has been paid in full, you’ll receive a full VAT receipt.

What’s Inside Your Bell Tent:

You’ll be welcomed into a beautifully prepared space, with everything set up for a peaceful night’s sleep and a magical festival stay.

For each guest, you’ll receive:

• A snug 10.5 tog duvet with fresh cover

• A plump pillow with pillowcase

• A memory foam mattress topped with a fitted sheet

• Your own camp bed for added comfort

Your tent will also be styled with:

• Solar lighting outside and a bulb light

• Colourful rugs to keep things cosy

• Two cloth lanterns, tray table with plant décor, a hurricane light and two scatter cushions - creating that warm, twinkly, festival sanctuary feel

Tent Options & Pricing:

Festival Look 6M – 8 people : £624 (£78PP)

Festival Look 5M – 6 people : £564 (£94PP)

Festival Look 5M – 4 people : £464 (£116PP)

Festival Look 4M – 3 people : £402 (£134PP)

If you’d like to be located next to friends, please book multiple tent pitches together in one booking.The quantity refers to the number of tents you’re reserving, not the number of people staying in them.

You’ll have the opportunity to let us know how many people will be in each tent during checkout.

Before & Upon Arrival:

• Tents will be allocated in Diamond Downline.

• You’ll receive your exact tent location closer to the event.

• On arrival, check in at the Bell Tent Desk where you’ll get:

  • A site map

  • Your tent location details

Please note, your tent will be registered under the lead booker’s name, so be sure to give that at check-in.

If you need extra duvets, pillows or foam mattresses, you can hire them at check-in.
