Here’s everything you need to know to book your tent space and get festival-ready…
Pass Type - Arrival Day & Time:
Front Runner and Headliner (Three-Day Pass) Arrive Thursday 9th July 2026 from 2pm
Achiever, Wild Spirit & Free Ride (Two-Day Pass) Arrive Friday 10th July 2026 from 2pm
Booking Info:
To secure your tent pitch space the lead booker will need to confirm their space, if you no longer need your space prior to Tropic Fest please let us know. After booking space allocation and details will be provided leading up to the event.
Your Pitch Space : 5Mx8M - No cost, bring your own tent.
There is no cost to pitch your own tent but it must fit within the allocated space. All tents must fit within the allocated space, including tie downs, additional accessories such as chairs and tables and not encroach onto the walkways or other ambassadors pitches.
Lead Up To Event:
Pitch Up spaces will be allocated in diamond downline, you will receive confirmation of your tent location closer to the event. If you want to confirm a space next to a friend space book all your pitch up spaces within one booking so we know to allocate you together.
Before & Upon Arrival:
Tents will be allocated in Diamond Downline.
You’ll receive your exact pitch location closer to the event.

Does the pitch come with electricity?
Pitch up tents do not have direct electricity supply and it is not an option. We do have charging facilities on site for electronic devices but also electronic stations for plug in appliances. We recommend bring a torch and power bank.
Can I pitch up next to campervan or festival look tents?
No, there are designated areas for bell tents, pitch ups and campervan areas.
Can my tent be next to my friends tent?
If you’d like to be located next to friends, please book multiple tent pitches together in one booking.The quantity refers to the number of tents you’re reserving, not the number of people staying in them.
Is a tent provided with this booking?
No, pitch up spaces are a 5M x 7M space for you to bring your own tent and construct within this year.
